Colleague Support
Training can teach you some of the knowledge, skills and approaches you'll need to progress in your career, but there's no substitute for learning on-the-job - and from others.
You will be able to enhance your knowledge through a wide range of material that is continually updated by our strong technical research team and various specialist expert teams to reflect changing legislative and industry practices.
Your daily work will enable you to apply your newly learned skills to help our clients, and to help our consultants advise our clients. As you demonstrate understanding through applying these skills, consultants will involve you in more and more complex scenarios so that you can develop as fast as you are able.
Our consultants and managers act as your on-the-job coaches and mentors. They will give you guidance on how to improve your skills and knowledge and will also role model consulting behaviours and advise you on the development of your personal consulting style. They will seek out opportunities to introduce you to clients and to practice some of your communication and advisory skills with those clients.
We'll also give you a dedicated buddy to show you the ropes, support you in your day-to-day work and offer advice on professional development (and the best places for lunch).
Our culture is about people working together, sharing ideas and supporting each other to get the best from every situation.
