Recognition
Of course money is important, but recognition is not just about pay.
It may be as simple as an email thanking someone for a job well done, a certificate or voucher to mark 5, 10, 15 or even 20(!) years' service, or a special award to celebrate outstanding success by a team or individual.
We also take pride in recognising achievements in passing professional exams. This can be financial, but we also like to share the moment by raising a glass (or two)!
