Over the last couple of years we have developed a programme which allows those who are approaching consultant level to spend 6 months as part of an exchange programme with our officers in the US.

And examples of that we've had three of our associates who've worked in our head office in Lincolnshire just outside of Chicago, and one associate who a year ago spent 6 months in our New Jersey office at the same time we have accommodated associates in the US in our offices in Epsom and London.

The great advantage of this is there are a lot of shared values and clients which we have with our colleges in the US.

This is a great opportunity not to just learn about Hewitt globally but also to create a network with similar people who are at similar stages of their careers and who work with the same clients that we have here in the UK.

So at a similar level at a junior consultant level we have sent people on secondments to South Korea for two years and to Italy for two years.
