What's important for our business is that those consultants whether qualified actuaries or not can interact with our clients in offering them the right solutions in varying circumstances so whilst we will have some very standard typical scheme actuary roles for those people who are interested in pursuing a very typical actuarial career advising a set of trustees of a pension arrangement.

We're also looking for people who can develop those skills into wider arenas working with chief executives, chief financial offices, HR directors, pension's managers in the field of retirement benefits and beyond.

We're also looking for people who can develop there actuarial skills on the technical side to become technical experts in some of the areas that we specialise in.
