You'll find Hewitt all over the world, but we've set up home in six places in the UK - Birmingham, Bristol, Epsom, Leeds, London and St Albans. Each is unique in specialisms, workforce and lifestyle, but all we work together, supporting each other, sharing ideas, skills and employees.
Hewitt has offices in 35 countries and 24,000 associates who advise more than 2,500 clients worldwide.
In the UK we have graduate places available in six offices, each offering similar career opportunities, but a distinctive lifestyle: Birmingham, Bristol, Epsom, Leeds, London and St Albans.
Each of the offices is different in terms of the buildings, the specialisms and the people, but all are common in having a great local team spirit as well as a great openness to mix with, and help, colleagues from the other offices.
Work and people frequently move between offices, and regular technical and business discussion gatherings also bring people together particularly at linked social events.
These days the choice of office is a lifestyle choice as the roles, specialisms, types of clients can be worked from anywhere. There is no head office where management or the highest profile consultants are based. Roles are based on skills and interests not location.
Each year's graduate intake forms a strong part of the inter-office contact by staying in touch as a group whether to share knowledge, provide help or catch up out of hours.
