Although our people enjoy the work they do and the company of the people they work with, they do still expect to be rewarded for sharing their skills and knowledge.
We pay our consultants and our trainee consultants very competitively. We aim to attract the top skills in our industry and keep them.
Our starting package has now reached the magical level of £30,000 for a new graduate. Your pay would then progress rapidly as you develop your skills and knowledge and apply it to help our clients.
Flexibility and choice is a theme that we provide in our career paths, and that we continue through to rewards. Our pay package provides a wide range of choice of benefits or cash. Additional holidays and sabbaticals are particularly popular with some, whilst others prefer to spend as many days as possible at work knowing that they will have extra cash to spend when they do take a break from their work.
