We are a specialist business consultancy. We listen to and advise many of the largest companies in the world, and many smaller ones too. Over 2,500 organisations around the world act on our advice. Our 6 UK offices provide advice to half of the FTSE 100 companies, and hundreds of other businesses too.
Pensions schemes are our primary specialism, and have been since the beginning more than 75 years ago. Mathematical modelling, practical problem solving, understanding businesses and people, and simplifying the complex are the key skills our people bring to our clients.
Not everyone needs to be expert in all these skills, but all our consultants enjoy working with people (clients and colleagues) to help them solve the problems they face. Numeracy is pretty much essential as well when talking about billions of pounds.
We believe that the success of our business is simply the combination of the skills, knowledge and attitude of our people.
